Trending @Accenture; Feeling guilty after PIP

Hi, dont know but why m feeling like a loser or worthless after getting IP rating from my previous manager. Things were going good until I choose a lead role in one of the projects, tagging of people lead and managers was not changed. In Nov cycle , shocked to see 0 vp with IP comments. Upon asking, they blamed for RTO Non compliance and other few improvement points on email n call. Feeling like quitting this toxicity , mental health is so bad that I feeling like a loser already in life. Dont deserve this negative workplace
