Got 0 hike again!! I feel so disappointed, i have worked my ass off, gave all the deliverables on time, did extra work, and in the end got nothing!!! Its been 2.5 yrs with 0 Hike and No promotion
I feel so bad rn
My bichass senior manager assured me that I would get something in June. I have the audio recordings. Well, didn’t get anything.
When I didn’t get anything in Dec last year, I went hot on my Manager and Senior Manager like really really hot. Told them on their faces that folks who work 10% of my efforts are getting hikes but not me. I stopped working. Since December I am not giving even my 50%. Took 2 months break from my earned leaves.
Didn’t get anything this time around again, didn’t complain anything, didn’t talk to anyone. I am simply loging in and loging out without giving any extra minute to Accenture. No extra efforts. No showing off that I am a super hero I know everything.

Same happened with me. Last dec they assured me that i would get a good hike in June but again the same randi rona which they do!!
They don’t even care about anyone, the managers and the leads, they themselves are taking all the hikes and promotions with us not even getting the peanuts.
Its really frustrating, i too am going to do the bare minimum, will disappear in between and all that stuff!!
