Is it really important to take performance feedback on workday? What impact does it make? Can i expect a hike this September if i do so?

Hike happens once a year so it will be next year

It will matter for next year's hike because discussion won't happened again...irrespective of when you get promoted or stay level hike...discussion happens once a year in August
