I reached out to my supervisor asking him about feedback then he told that no one from HR reached to him asking him to provide feedback.
I asked him about hike then he said he is not sure and not involved in any sort of discussion.
I am not sure what is going here.

If your manager is referring to your discussion with HR… I might be wrong but it’s generally PIP.. because there is no other reason for HR’s intervention.. look at the feedbacks that you have received so far.. if it’s okish or bad.. probability increases…
