Trending @Accenture; Fastrack promotion through Techleap Program
I gave School-1 assessment back in August to be considered for the December Promotion Cycle. Also, cleared the exam in one go. But wasn't meeting an eligibility criteria i.e. to have at least 6 months of Project WBS till the last day of exam window. Can anyone give some clarity if I can expect to be promoted in the March cycle based on School-1 results?
Is it only for people with technical background or anyone can apply? Could you also share the portal link
I believe every fresher gets the chance to undergo the Techleap Program irrespective of the background. Basically the Program is about acquiring more and new skills. Also the Portal will be accessible to you once you start getting School-1 registration mailers. But you can try this link- https://atci.techleap.accenture.com/home
I will be completing 5 years next month but haven't got any such email and even the link is giving an error for me

After the completion of your domain training you will start getting the registration mail with a deadline for tech leap 1 after a few months.. (it varies).
Once you register
Based on the domain opted for tech leap 1, within 2 to 3 weeks they will assign materials and videos and you need to complete within a few months.. in between they keep on sending mails for the exam registration. But no need to hurry, I will recommend completing it within 1 to 2 months and register for the exam... After exam completion you will get the result mail in 2 to 3 months for sure.
Then again after a few weeks they will send mail for tech leap 2 irrespective of techleap 1 result. If you are already passed in techleap 1, then you can ignore 2 and 3. But I suggest you to enroll in all 3 techleap. The remaining process is the same.
Assessment is in objective form i.e MCQ based questions will be there. There is no eligibility as such, every fresher who has completed their stream training receives mailer for Techleap registration. Passing criteria is 75%. Other than that for Promotion there are other eligibility criteria like 12 Months at a level, 6 months of Project WBS and completion of Professional ASE advancement year-1 course.
