Trending @Accenture; Fast track promotion is a myth .

I have cleared my School 1 , I have received the status in January '24 from 2 cycles even after completing every detail I am not promoted and this time when I ask my great HR replies "Boss i am the HR I know the rules " As of now he even mentioned that there is a rule change you have to clear school 2 also But as much as I know it's only 1 school which I needed to complete and pass for getting into Fastrack promotion .The core values of Accenture are very much hampered now and HR like these are pathetic .
