Trending @Accenture; Faking Experience

I'm planning to change my domain, I'm getting interview calls(because of certifications), but I do not have relevant experience in the new domain. Do you think I should lie about it? Im finding it really difficult to lie. Any advice is appreciated.

In your case nothing will happen for background checks, as long you justify your knowledge however on your new job remember one thing you will be on probation for some duration and if you don't have practical knowledge you will be struggling and your confirmation will be on risk

So you are suggesting I should lie and make stories for interview?

I never said that, all i am saying do hands on before you take a job in a technology wherr you have less experience, no matter what you say your relevant experience as long as you can deliver work , all will be fine

As per I know from others, whenever you carry an experience that is enough in BGV, they will check whether you worked in that company or not, they can't dig out everything as it is client confidentiality. You can say you worked on so and so skills in that experience.
