Trending @Accenture; Facing issues with 90days notice period

Can someone help me how to get a good switch if the notice period is of 90 days. Almost every recruiter who is calling is saying they want people who can join in 15 days or max 1 month and I'm not getting any interview call at call. Please guide

Update your naukri profile NP <15 Days and whenever a recruiter asks you just tell them NP is 30 Days, if they counter by saying in Accenture official NP is 90 Days just tell them you can talk to your manager and get released within 30 days as many of your colleagues did this.
Say you just moved to bench.
