So for the past 2.6 years you are not getting the hike ? What is your current salary? Based on that I can give inputs in future you would get hike or not

It is not an issue with Accenture management.it is with your project.Try to leave the project. I had this same issue long. More than 3 years there I had no hike and no promotion even though I have 10 years overall experience. .My fixed salary: 7 lpa. After joining new project I got first my promotion and hike .

I received 0% variable pay ... im so sad and angry at my previous management... when i asked ... they said its based on yiur performance you got this.
