Been trying to refer someone experienced who is in search of a job . But first time the portal froze the profile even though no interview took place and second time tried to refer internally but seems to be slow procedure wrt HR's even after follow up. If anyone can help in referring an external candidate for JAVA backend profile through contacts, please assist.
