How do I extend my maternity leave in accenture.. what should I inform to them, is there any medical report required???
I have my maternity leave till july 4 but my Hr send and email regarding the return.. but i need another 20 days PTO..
Should i inform my manager from now.. that i will be returning by july end pr aug01.
You can avail additional 30 days paid leave in addition to 6 months of ML. You should have a case manager assigned, please inform them that you need one more month to join, they will ask you for reasons, you can quote proper medical reasons, and also they need a letter/medical certificate from your gynec or doctor which you need to send through email. Include HR your current manager and case manager in these emails, so you can get you date of return extended.
