Hi, can someone help me understand when do we get experience letter ? Is that after we resign and complete notice period or we can get that before resigning. Also can someone help me in situation that I have said that I have 2 months notice period but actually I am yet to resign. So ideally it will be 3 months.

No you will get only relieving letter

Ok, and to another organization I said 2 months notice period. But have not resigned yet. But I have pending leaves, so I can use that to leave early ?
