Trending @Accenture; Expected Salary for Level 10 Quality Engineer Senior Analyst
I recently got offer from Accenture, what is the expected salary from person who having 3.9 + years experience and arts background and current CTC is 4.5 LPA.
Accenture will not give more than 30% on the current CTC. Until you have an offer on which you can negotiate they will not listen.
I joined Accenture after 5 years of experience and they gave CL10 8 LPA only since the current CTC was less. However when I got promoted to CL9 they gave a 30% hike to bring me into the CL 9 salary band.

Having more than 7yrs experience.Currently playing team lead role since last 7 months without getting promotion but still at career level 10 more than 2.6yrs and fixed is 9.2 LPA. So as per my experience I think it totally depends on negotiation skills while joining and also lot of factors depend on ur relationship with leadership team. Bitter truth.
I have 3.6 years of experience, I joined as a Test Automation Engineer Senior Analyst CL10 at 11.8 LPA fixed. They said that it is the maximum they could offer. Btw my previous salary was 5.4 LPA fixed.
Mat aao. Jyada salary nahi milegi aur kam m layenge. Increment nahi hoga. Abhi aap ka experience jyada nahi hai toh kahin switch karoge toh 2 mahine ka notice koi ni manega. Go for org where probation is max 3-4 months and notice is 1 month
