Trending @Accenture; Exit from Accenture to join a Strategy Consulting Firm + Start my own Beverage Brand

Hey Guys just sharing my journey here:

Context: Joined Accenture from Campus in June’23 with a basic salary of 11.3 + 2 Variable and 1LPA as a JB. - this was the highest placement in college

Over 2.5 years almost, the people and the projects barely challenged me, and I just got a 5% Hike.

Last year I decided to move back home to Delhi from Mumbai (switched locations after 1 year) and started working on creating a beverage brand as well

Over the last 9 months I decided to switch jobs as well, not enough salary to keep the startup going, plus being honest I wanted to feel stimulated and feel like I’m working with smart people.

Took me 9 months - 7 Rejections and 4 acceptances to find a suitable job from a good company with a hybrid schedule in Ggn.

Tbh nothing is more rewarding than working on the startup which makes 0 money right now. It’s complicated yet simple, no Agentic AI in action just common business sense and problem solving. Plus I’m working and making fun content with my best friend and co founder (our IG has 202 followers 😂)

So I guess this it till now, let’s see where this goes.
