I asked my people lead for exception of one month she agreed .but hr said can't approve 1 mnth exception.i want one mnth exception because october is festive month and My home is 1100 km .which I can't travel again and again .But she is denying directly.what to do ?
Doesn’t work. My dad is going through real health issues and I have all medical documents and even recommendation from 3-4doctors, I am single child, even Manager and DU lead aligned as well but HR is just not ready to listen. Sooooo damn fed up of rules they make up on a whim. They just want people to leave by using these tactics
Yes . 3 month which are showing on tool as balance should be in our hand .they should give us exception other then self medical ground.

Hr is a mouthpiece of management (manager/du lead) they only say what they are told. It's not hr it's your du lead don't let them trick you with hierarchy
Yes. It’s true. Always managers and DIU leads act as good in front of you. They will not say no directly to you just to maintain a good relationship within the team so it won’t impact the work. I am dam sure, HR will obey whatever the management says. Never ever believe management. In those situation HR is just useless.
First of all there is no HR approval required for leave if you have the enough leave balance and your project agrees to it.
Should I put fake medical certificate or ask honesty for exception.because what ever they do I am not going to office for 4 week.
They are sending warning mails only when you're not going to the office for 2 months straight. One of my colleagues went home by taking 3 weeks leave and remaining he did WFH without informing anyone and nothing happened 😅
Just go to nearest office. Doesn’t need to inform anywhere. These HR sucks don’t be a slave to them . Just have valid reason to not reporting to base location. These HR folks will contact you themselves and then you can show them their place instead of asking them to reply for your request.
