Hi, Any idea if they will give more exception. I am currently on 3 mo exception due to child education reason. My whole family is here with my spouse working in the city. My nearest base location is 6 hrs one way...any idea if they can reduce the office visit frequency or give WFH on exception basis.
Noone is sure about this actualy. I also raised an exception request since there is noone to take care my baby.
And i could see a lot of post regarding wfh in different channel in viva engage and all ..
not sure management will consider all these
I can visit office , travel to office..but weekly its so hectic traveling 6 hrs one way , 12 hrs total commute ...if i speak to them , can they reduce frequency like one day per month or in 15 days
