Trending @Accenture; Exception request approvals in tool
If I raise an exception request in the tool and only my lead approves it (without further approvals), will it still be considered valid? Or does it require additional approvals from higher levels/ HR and manager as well?
Only problem is HR, your people lead and managers understand you better and will approve for sure but these HR are the most irritating ones they don't care and don't understand. I don't understand if my client don't have issue my project my team my people lead my manager given me the blessings for exception and is not impacting my deliverables but it will actually improve my efficiency.

HR and workday Manager approval also needed..you can ping them on Teams and ask to check Exception portal..
