Trending @Accenture; Ex gratia unallocated base pay. I didnt update my compensation plan neither did i get a notification to do it. I got promoted i. June. A lot of my ctc now lies in ex gratia. And im getting lesser inhand than exlected. When can i update
Same boat, looks like we should have used unallocated fixed pay for HRA and basic, now we'll have to wait till March 2025 to get the Ex Gratia 🤦♂️🤦♂️
I am here for same reason....no clue what's wrong with CTC. I didn't receive my unallocated Amt and how cam they say it fixed pay then ? This is cheating by Accenture.
You need to adjust your unallocated amount in CTC before 17th June deadline, everyone received repeated notification on mails to do so. If you fail then it will be in unallocated component and will be received only in March 2025. You can raise request in HR payroll to do if for you. That's not cheating, it's process.
But someone should clearly mention or should arrange a session for promoted people to let them know about compensation plan. I have heavy work load and barely get a chance to read unnecessary mail and don't have friends to suggest all this.
Just one question if I will change the company will they provide me in final adjustment??
I would advice raise a request on service portal under Hr if anything is possible
Usually for the people who are promoted, they provide 1 cycle to allocate the ex gratia amount under different sections i.e HRA, Basic, Misc etc. But if you didn't make the changes in June, I don't think they provide any extension on that
So we wait for March 2025 to get the Ex Gratia 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Got the reply for my ticket. It will open in next month also. It opens for 1-17th of the revision month and then 1-17th of the next month as well. We need to fill it this time otherwise it will be freezed till March 2025
