Never faced this scenario, but from what I know, your shares will remain with UBS ("Demat" account) even if you leave Accenture. You will still retain access to UBS and sell them at a later point whenever you want and transfer the funds through a wire transfer to your bank account. You should raise an Accenture support ticket for more details. Link to raise ticket should be in most of the total rewards emails you get for ESPP
