Only 15% profit amount deductible for tax right? If ctc is below 12lpa then no tax?

Share will be bought at 15% discount And if salary is below 12lpa not sure about tds

The remaining amount will be refunded with 15 percent added to it .This happened with in in November cycle so can confirm this
