So, I have got escalation and been told by my lead that they will be reflecting same in workday too Some of the arguments are true and some of it is false It is regarding sick leave, technical knowledge, communication, leaves for exams etc

What action should I take, as I am being targeted since I joined this project 3 months back I'm not a fresher but also not a senior

Any ideas for resignation, or anything
