Hi Everyone,
One incident happened to me on a client's call they were asking for my availability on a non-working day , but i declined very politely as this doesn't come under our policies and requested him to send a mail for approval to work on non-working days.
In brief, that guy started yelling at me and told me to should we stop the business and threatened me to escalate this.
I inform this to my manager , he sent the mail to Client delivery manager about this incident.
Have I done right for me?

You have done nothing wrong dude. We also have personal life and things to do. Can’t work like puppets whenever they want
