Trending @Accenture; EPAM is scam company?

Is EPAM scamming people? I have noticed this happening two or three times. Each time they call, they ask about my experience with various skills. After I explain my background, they then inquire about a specific skill that I don't possess. After that, they inform me that they are looking for someone who has that exact skill.
