Trending @Accenture; Employee Transfer Request

I wanted to transfer my location from Chennai to Banglore, January 21 I reached out to my manager and HR for the same, and the HR share me a form to fill for transfer request, and today I got a mail that transfer request has to be done through aat tool. I raised one through aat tool too, and my people lead is not able to see the accept button for accepting the transfer request. Can someone help me on how to handle this.
