Can anyone please explain about Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP)?
I have recently joined Accenture at level 9 and I am confused about this? If someone can please explain this with an example it would be great.

It’s like this..
If your salary is 1,00,000 a month then you can invest max 10%
Meaning you save 10,000 every month and the end of 6 months.. you have saved 60000
If share price at that rime is 5000 then you get it at 15% discount and 60000 will be invested.
You can sell it the following day as well
