Its sad to see how company is taking people for granted. No appreciation of hard work, no appreciation for late nights, no appreciation for bringing business to company, no appreciation fpr tech stack scale up... it seems nothing matters... JUST NUMBERS. Company policy is lets exploit resources as much as we can... There are peoples who are working so hard, doing suxh a great delieveries... but getting nothing or peanuts... When company stop appreciating talent... talent will be forced to MOVE ON... For some people they gave promotion but single digit hike... simply telling people to take extra role, extra responsibility but no salary...
Hardwork got waste ... No base pay increase no promotion 😕.
its happening from last 2.5 yrs. I have done exceptional deliveries, delivered critical projects, so much appreciation from client and brought new buisness... but what did I get in return.... nothing
