Trending @Accenture; Email Creation Advice for new joiners

I'm new to Accenture and want to know on which basis, to create an email ID. Will it be generated based on my first and last name or follow a specific pattern? Also, is it possible to change it to a preferred format after a few days from my start date, or will it stay as initially set?
