For EIT you have to complete 2 years

if ur exp is below 2yrs with the help of ur manager's approval the PMO team will raise the OIT

If you have completed 2 years in current location you can initiate EIT or else you should request your project POC to initiate the OIT. So that you can get your base location changed.
