Trending @Accenture; EI (Empanelled Interviewer) Accenture
I have nominated myself for EI (Empanelled Interviewer). But not getting any interviews schedules. Are they just ask our nominations and skip us? Are they choose only the persons who takes interviews for backdoor guys having contacts?
Anyone experienced this?
Note: I am EI certified and got nominations emails.

How much accenture is paying for taking the interview?

Lmao meanwhile they keep forcibly adding interviews in my bucket and even explicitly pings me take interview pls and i am like nah won't take as I don't have that much faltu time for such less money, i even got a warning while rejecting that multiple rejections will lead to informing my supervisor and other stuff haha , my manager told me previously they used to pay decently for interviews during post Covid era , now it's abysmal. Btw, what tech stack are you ?

I'm into SAP

Is it based on competency skills you updated in mycompency

You need to be atleast L9, then you have to certify EI training (Accenture specific), then u should have atleast P2 for any of ur primary or secondary skill. Thats it. You'll get nominations email but dnt expect they schedule.

Bro you will not get any for sure, they are playing games withchu man

No benefits

If there are requirements, you will get it. I guess you are wondering if you get much money in doing this. There isn't that much money. A few do that, many avoid participating in it. May be your project life is chill so you are thinking of these extra stuffs

Nah.. Project is greenfield implementation so we don't think of free time. I just want to experience Accenture EI.

You will get called but not for your primary skill, but to just fulfil spots for candidate who are without contacts or don’t match any urgent positions. Trust me recruiting teams in companies nowadays are scam artists 🤣

It's better they should not schedule interview and waste candidate time and ours
