I recently received 5K BY points but unlike last year there’s are no good deal i find . Can anyone please suggest me a better way to use these point(like can we convert these points and can use them ) Or can advise me WHAT ARE THE BEST DEAL AVAILABLE NOW.

Better convert them to a MediBuddy wallet money. It will later help you buy medicines whenever needed and even doctor appointments. They won’t expire. So it stays in your wallet.
