Trending @Accenture; Early Resignation Help
Hello Everyone, I am selected in a PSU through competitive exam which have joining in next one month.
What should I do whil submitting resignation to make sure I get early release?
I am reporting to level 7 person who may agree because I did not have much dependency in prooject currently but how to reduce notice period.

Congratulations bhai….don’t leave IT it has more opportunities than you think you can make fast money and chill life……..please never listen to this words by anyone. If it’s a govt job of even 50k salary blindly join. Anyways Accenture is going to be finished in 5 yrs so relax and abscond

Thanks, new employer want NOC from Accenture, how to get it ? Also I can't serve 90 days notice period due to joining

Do they want experience??

Just let them know that you have a joining for a semi government company. Make sure you mention the government part. They’ll give you release immediately. No one wants to be the person who fucks someone over for government opportunities

Thank you, I am thinking of mentioning medical issues for not continuing work. Will it be more effective?

Manager has not agreed for early release

Please keep me updated, i am planning rhe same thing and want early relase

Congratulations bro. Which PSU?

United India Insurance company ltd

Tell him that you don't care about the experience letter, so either he gives a clean exit or else you will abscond.
Since you are joining PSU, you don't really need Accenture experience letter.
Every HR and Manager will prefer a clean exit.

Speak to your super boss/ leadership. They can easily sort this out with the HR. Approach nicely and logically.

Just connect with your manager and explain everything, they will definitely release you early.
