Trending @Accenture; early release while on bench + soft-lock

I had a few questions about early release. I am currently on bench, and today I got a mail that I am on soft lock. I was previously on hard lock, even though I’ve been on bench for nearly a month, so this comes as a relief.

How does early release work in Accenture? I have 32 days of paid leave, 5 casual leaves and 3 sick days left. My initial notice period is 90 days, so I can at least get it down to 58 days. What about the rest of the days? Does a buy-out option work in this case? How do I resign in a way that isn’t very messy?

Also, I have two projects I am internally interviewing for. If I get assigned to any of them before I resign, would it make getting an early-release hard?
