Trending @Accenture; Early Release while in NP
Hi Guys,
I received an offer from another company and resigned the same day. I informed my manager about the offer and mentioned that the new company wants me to join by mid-January. He told me they would release me early if they found a replacement. But later, I heard from another source that they aren’t planning to hire a replacement until I complete my full 90-day notice period.
How can I tackle this situation? And make them find the replacement ASAP.

I think the only safer option for you is to communicate in a new company for extension of your joining date, if it's possible they can do it. Better not to hope for an early release from Accenture (unless they don't want you either)
Also try to come up with fake health issues reason for early release (less helpful as you already communicated with your lead)
they won't release - because leadership at Accenture is ducked up. I am fed up with them.
