Trending @Accenture; early release through buyout option
I have resigned a month before. My project got ended just after a week after my resignation.
on the separation discussion i asked for early release, my people-lead (SM) was agreed initially that as my project is getting over, there is possibility of early release.
Then I discussed with my pepper advisor and told that my project is ending and i need early release through buyout option as my future employer is ready to pay the buyout amount. He asked me to send a email and get it confirmed from your manager.
But when I sent the email my manager immediately replied they need some time as they are consider me for some other role.
Then i connected with my manager he told they have blocked me for one of the proposal where i have also contributed on the proposal work.
Unfortunately, they didn’t win the proposal and soon after i got the news I followed up with my manager.
He told he need some time, he needs to check.
I was following up every week, last week he told they cannot give early release as it is an internal policy and it is an CG level decision.
My future employer want me to join them as early as possible and it was agreed during our interview that we have buyout option, I don’t have to serve 90 days notice.
Any suggestion on how to get early release here.

I am asking for just 15 days early release that too they are crying like anything .. in my case supervisor and manager everyone is ready but HR is worst they are not agreeing mine also project is ended and i am on bench still this is the scenario with me

Do you have offer and if yes does HR know that you have offer ?

Fuck Here I am sitting after saying I can bring it down to 45 days

They are very bad in this.
