Trending @Accenture; Early release..

So I was doing bare minimum work in my notice but my manager is saying I need to contribute more. If not they will release me early without paying the remaining notice salary.

I resigned without offer to give this time to myself to upskill and recover from stress.

Ur mgr can only release early from project but can't stop ur pay for remaining days of ur notice period... Playing drama... Chill n njoy ur notice period...

I would say that is a chance to grab more attention outside.
Be available to say I can join in 15-20 days as I will get an early release.
Ask the manager for mail to release early.
Risk to liya hai without offer notice daalkr, they are not looking to hold you.
So better work this out.
