
Trending @Accenture; Early Feedback That Hit Hard
I am a fresher and I’ve been in my current project for just 3 weeks, and within the second week, I received some pretty tough feedback from my senior manager.
When I asked him for clarity, he said, “You’ve been here for almost a year but couldn’t find a project — that shows you must be struggling.”
I explained that during my time on the bench, I actively tried to get staffed. I reached out to multiple people, and some even tried to hardlock me — but due to skill mismatches or technical issues, things didn’t work out. I also did not receive any calls despite continuous efforts.
After hearing this, his response was simply, “Yeah, you may not have had enough on your plate, but now you’ve got to pull your socks up.”
It honestly left me wondering whether this is just a wake-up call to perform or a prelude to a PIP in the this cycle.
Has anyone here experienced something similar this early into a project?

Maybe just a wake up call or they might put you in PIP, no one knows it all depends on the SM. If he has to show numbers in PIP you'll be put in PIP
