I was recently kept on PIP since I was not in a project during last performance cycle. But recently I got a project which I was working on currently and cleared that PIP while working on this project parallelly. I heard that for people who was kept under PIP are not eligible for hike or bonus for next 1 year. Is it true? I need your comments on this

🥲🥲but it's not my mistake right since they didn't allocate me any project. I was hard locked to some group of projects but no particular project was given to me. Why will I bear the consequences. Btw you know that for sure like you read it somewhere or is it just rumours you heard
