Hi, i am working in sap abap having experience of 1.5 years started preparing to switch. If i will switch after 2 yoe how much fixed and ctc i can expect ? Now i have 4.24 fixed.

The current job market is not at its best but since you're at an early experience level, you may expect anywhere between 35-100 percent hike or even higher than that. The deciding factor would be which company you crack and how good are your negotiation skills
