Trending @Accenture; Doubt regarding proficiency P4

Hey all,

I am P3+ for some skills, wanted to know if I attempt P4

1. and fail, will P3 be retained
2. for L11 do they give RP points for P4 or (only till P3 points are given )
3. if I pass, later on how to retain P4 (as in if it's expiring on the given date and I don't pass P4 then am I downgraded to P3??
