If a person is put in pip, can that person be able to put resignation paper or it is mandatory to complete pip and wait for the results to come.

If you do not perform well in pip.next minute only they will tell you to resign and no need to do notice period also.

Are you sure about not serving 3 month notice period cause it is something new I'm hearing about. Also, will it have any effect while searching for further jobs.
