Trending @Accenture; Don't panic for hikes
Honestly, please don't speculate anything regarding hikes till it is officially communicated.
Every person's performance, project, role in project, relationship with leads, skills ryc is different. Just because someone is getting a 5% hike doesn't mean everyone would. Some might get 10%, some might get 15%.
I'm no lead so i don't know specific numbers. But what i do mean to say is, it's just a matter of a couple of weeks. So be patient!
Also, people who are saying numbers here...have you already received notifications? No right! So please don't create panic!
I have joined in February, 2024. Will i be considered in this cycle?
You are no lead hence you will not know, that's for sure. I hope every lead is under tremendous pressure currently thinking about how they will communicate hikes to their resources who worked really hard for the company. Yes, few of us do know how much hike tagged resources are getting. On the other hand, we are not getting hikes as well. That's a different pressure all together.

That's not what I meant. I do agree leads have tremendous pressure on the hike communication. What i meant was people getting panicked to know the hike % and making speculations, should calm down for a while. They'll get to know the details soon enough so why be impatient. It makes sense to be impatient on 28th Nov, not 6th Nov
