Trending @Accenture; Don't get into management roles
Just found out that a Fullstack Dev with 2.5 years of experience bagged an offer of 28 LPA. Meanwhile, my ex-Manager (12+ years of experience, 5 years loyal service in the same company) was proudly earning 23 LPA when I left that company 3 years ago.
Do the math:
Manager → 75% hike across a decade-long career marathon.
Dev → 150% hike in 2.5 years of a coding sprint. (Last offer 5 LPA)
Loyalty pays.... apparantly not in cash 😅
Aim to become an architect. Management jobs are bullshit.

What does this 2.5 yrs exp fella do to get so much in service based company, lay gold eggs, shoot thunderbolts from his fingertips, this much high slary is unheard of.
