After giving 4.5 years, just frustrated by the lack of recognition and growth opportunities. It's sad to be in a place that feels more like pressure than progress. And without promotions even now.
I requested a raise, the response was just list of additional requirements: extra certs, training sessions, and even a white paper – all on top of already exceeding the 15 hour days. Enough is enough.
Being unemployed is preferable to feeling unseen and undervalued. I'm confident that my hard work and skills will be better used anywhere else. Heck, I think even if I open a food stall I might earn more.
My manager keeps saying good things about me. Sure it appreaciates my effort, but it doesn't repair the personal time I sacrificed.

Try and switch asap. If recognition is not turning into hikes and promotion, there is no point of hard work.
Never sacrifice your personal time to impress you manager or company!!! No one cares.. just say no to work , anything more than 9 hours… !!
This sucks man. But just stick to it. Work hard, but constantly look out.

I have already put down the papers without any offer due to same reason. I am peaceful now
There was no hike from the last 2 years and another year passing by with no hikes and recognitions. Even I feel the same way being only 2 months old in the system. 15 hours of work then stupid deadlines
