Trending @Accenture; Doing RTO once 2 weeks during notice period, Is it ok?

I got a call from manager stating that as my project operates in shift and if going office then I login in normal office time so he says to not do RTO for a week due to shortage of resources. After I went on Notice period he was the one to give me negative comments on workday and now this RTO thing... If I don't do RTO once a week, will it cause any issue in my relieving letter or LWD? Or no issues?
