Recently the service desk approached us. They are saying that they will give us training for two weeks. Since my training is completed in October I’m still in entrypool only. They were saying in this current situation it’s better to take this opportunity. IDK what to do can someone guide me?

In the current situation there are very few opportunities to survive you need to be billable... The service desk is stagnant at a certain point you have to switch to different role
