My manager has asked for p3 and above proficiency but I could achieve p2 only will it matter

I was able to promote my junior having p3 proficiency score. She has been promoted every year for last 2 years

Sure. I would expect my team members to have practical skill not proficiency score from an outdated MyProficiency portal.

They use it as excuse when they don’t have money or scope.

In fact the proficiency test is shitty. Asking theoretical , outdated or over complicated questions don’t reflect anyone’s expertise.
