Trending @Accenture; Does growth stagnates at Accenture after certain CL?
Been seeing a lot of folks with >48 MAL at CL 9 and above, want to know if the growth actually stagnates?
Ya same at above levels. I am at level 8 with MAL 72
Shit, that’s too much. 6 years, I am sure had discussions with your people lead. What is his/her views?
CL8 people are not being promoted for some reason. Even I am stuck for past 39Months at CL8. People lead hardly bothers until their team run by CL11, 10, 9 people.
Growth can stagnate at Accenture after certain levels, especially at CL9 and above. Promotions depend on performance and feedback, but many get stuck. Sometimes, switching companies is the best move.
I feel there’s a lack of clarity on entire HR, appraisal and performance related process. Maybe a reason for stagnation
