Trending @Accenture; Does anyone know if we are eligible for a promotion or salary hike in December if we get a hike during the September cycle?

This is not even done in start-ups how can you imagine this being done in Accenture?

Anything is possible. I got hike in June cycle now in September I got promotion just after 2 months.

I got Back to back hike in Dec and June. but Sept is mid cycle very less chance
