Trending @Accenture; Does anybody knows if Accenture allows buyout of Notice period? Please do let me know if somebody has any info about this.
I know negotiating Notice period is very tough in Accenture but can we ask for buyout?

It all depends on your project manager, if he says I don't need a replacement orlf yours you re good. If you're important and they say you're needed then they won't leave you or won't even let you buy yourself out.

I don't think I am that important but they surely do think, as I asked my senior manager to let me work in development(currently in support project), he clearly denied it stating I can not let go my Paka pakaya resource. 🥲

Hahahaha then they won't let you leave for sure without serving notice period

if you can curry favor with your project heads business leads, HR will let you use your earned leave for early release or buy out.

if my People lead and delivery lead is okay with my early release it should be fine or have to get approvals from DU lead as well?

most probably make up your leads mind, about how new replacement will be ready in no time and you'll give proper kt and all he'll have to coordinate with project mgr above him for approval and assurance that new resource is ready to replace you...

Your Manager will not let you got because it's their company and if they will let you go early then you might join a good organization and be more successful and they have to find a replacement for you asap ,so why will they put that effort early??.. trust me bro nothing will help here especially in Accenture, there are some shit people who will not let you go even they don't need you. I tried my all efforts but nothing helped..

It's really sad, I never expected this from a company like Accenture

It is possible if billing is not impacting and the project has headcount reduction they might give you...give a try...hope you have an offer in hand even they agree on full notice period

I am in process of getting one, 2 rounds are clear only final round is left, but they want me to join in 45 days. They are ready for buyout but I was not sure if that is possible or not.

Based on conversation with you SM and M I feel they don't release you early...keep 90days as baseline and ask for offers
