Trending @Accenture; Does anybody knows how to correct attendance

I got warning mail for the week I visited office.Not sure why attendance is not captured . Can someone tell me how to correct this ? I sent mail to together at work mail id but no reply.

Did you swipe-in your access card? I'd suggest swiping the card multiple times a day. Most offices have multiple access points so you should have done this already.
